Unlike Yoga International, The Mlpc's Sober Girls Yoga Membership has truly relevant content, though I wish their teacher trainings were Yoga Alliance certified.
Loved my retreat experience!
I went on the Mexico Yoga Retreat and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so well organized, from the yoga sessions to the excursions. I met amazing people and felt so rejuvenated afterward. I'm already planning to save up for another one, maybe the Bali retreat next time! It was a fantastic experience, though the initial booking process was a little confusing with all the different tiers.
